Description

NH is at a critical crossroads right now in addressing services and supports for service members, veterans and military families. Significant work has been accomplished over the past several years, but we still have much to do. We are in a perfect storm and it is imperative that we "stay the course."

We would like to invite you to attend the NH Military Access Summit, scheduled for Friday, June 3, at the Grappone Conference Center in Concord, New Hampshire. Registration begins at 7:45am. There is no cost to attend, but you must pre - register and space is limited.

The purpose of this summit is to highlight new, innovative and nationally recognized programs that are transforming support systems and improving access to care for our military. A panel of NH's military-civilian leadership will also discuss ways to sustain these efforts.

Back by popular demand is the LIVE Court Session conducted by the Nashua Veterans Track!

This summit is funded by the NH Department of Health and Human Services with support from the NH Commission on PTSD and TBI, NH Justice Involved Veterans Task Force, NH National Guard, Veterans Administration, Easter Seals NH, Dare Mighty Things; NH Community Mental Health Centers; and NAMI New Hampshire. The summit is organized by Dare Mighty Things in partnership with NHCarePath.
